Work in progress
The exterior will be cleaned with a pressure washer. Please ensure all windows and
doors are closed and locked.
Windows and doors will be masked and covered with heavy duty painters plastics to protect areas not
being painted.
Old/ loose paint will be scraped off.
Then areas will be sanded accordingly.
To protect the areas that are unfinished such as bare wood or metal, we will be applying a premium
quality primer.
Walls will be prepared by filling any unwanted holes and cracks less than 1/8 inch with a water proof
caulking compound. We also caulk around windows and door trims.
Windows will be masked with painter’s plastic sheeting, please do not remove until all spraying is
complete around your home or building. Areas not to be painted are also masked and protected from
over-spray, such as roof lines, ground, plants, and other areas not to be painted. As for large plants or
trees touching the home, we do our best to cover but there may be a chance that some paint may get
misdirected by wind or other uncontrollable factors.
It is our policy to spray all areas that can be sprayed. All other areas that cannot be sprayed will be
rolled if possible.
If shutters, gutters, drain pipes are included in scope of work these areas will be properly prepared
and painted.
Some really bright or really dark colors may need three coats of paint. If this is required, Tam will
outline the additional cost.
All trim work and doors will be painted in either an eggshell or semi-gloss.
Upon completion
