Work usually begins between 8:00 am to 9:00 am. for a duration of approximately 8 hours per work day. If necessary, later hours may be required to complete the work.
If any changes, adjustments, other request not discussed in signed
agreement please talk to Tam prior to start of work.
A company yard sign will be placed in the front yard of your home or
building. Please call us if you have questions.
Before we start
Please remove all small valuables, furniture, wall decor, etc. out of the
room(s) to be painted.
If possible, please move the furniture in the middle of the room to
painted. If you cannot, our painters will do this on first day they arrive.
Preparation
Confirm the color(s) that are to be applied to each room.
Painters will mask and cover all flooring, furniture, windows, fixtures, & etc. with masking tape,
plastic, paper, and drop cloths.
Painters will remove all faceplates and necessary fixtures.
We want to minimize the inconveniences associated with painting your home as much as possible. To assist us in doing so, please pass on any relevant information to us, so we can better serve your needs.
Work in progress
We will patch & caulk all necessary areas.
We will sand & clean all necessary surfaces (i.e doors, trim, baseboards, etc.)
Walls will be painted with two coats of premium brand paint.
Doors, crown molding, base boards, wainscoting, & other fine surfaces will be sprayed.
Upon completion
Crew will clean up, remove all tapes and masking covers.
Painters will replace the face plates, fixtures, & etc.
Painters can also help with moving all the heavy furniture back to where it was before.
The project foreman will walk through your home with you to ensure your satisfaction. If there are any
touch ups needed, please request them at this time.
All excess paint will be left with homeowner.
Garbage will be taken away from job-site premises.
